Mr Arif Ali – Physics Teaching Fellow at the UNSW

[Greenacre Secondary] Congratulations to Mr Arif Ali, Physics Coordinator at Greenacre Secondary.

Mr Arif completed a 12-month secondment (January 2025 to December 2025) as a Physics Teaching Fellow at the UNSW School of Physics. During this time, he contributed to university-level teaching, laboratory sessions and academic engagement, strengthening his practice in Physics education.

As shared through the UNSW Visiting Teaching Fellows program:
“I depart UNSW equipped with new teaching methodologies and analytical strategies… a robust, evidence-based toolkit that I am excited to apply directly to my teaching practice.”

An Islamic reminder that reflects the pursuit of knowledge:
“رَّبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا” (Qur’an 20:114)
“My Lord, increase me in knowledge.”

Mr Arif has returned to MFIS with enriched expertise, ready to further strengthen Physics teaching and support our learners at Greenacre Secondary.

Congratulations Mr Arif on this valuable achievement and your continued commitment to excellence in education.
